Healthier Halloween!

Written By Dr. Summer on October 28, 2020

Hello Everyone, Dr. Summer here!

Happy Halloween! Last week, I made a ton of goodies that you can make at home for Halloween! Just remember the CDC said door-to-door trick or treating is a high-risk activity to spread Covid-19, so staying at home is the safest course of action this year. Therefore, I have a ton of snacks I have made for you guys to try! Though, I have to say, some of it is not the prettiest!

Here is the link to the CDC about Halloween: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/daily-life-coping/holidays.html

Be safe and enjoy the spookiness!

What is more fun than creating spooky foods for Halloween? Yes, I know trick or treating… but if you are staying home or want some fun healthy snacks for Halloween, maybe for a movie night or carving pumpkins, I have your back!
